½ cup ground almond flour (I like to pull whole almonds in the food processor and pulse a few times until you get a ground, but not too fine, consistency)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. dried mint
