Meet Mareya

As seen on The Food Network, Recipe Rehab, The Doctors and over 200 live TV cooking segments, Chef Mareya Ibrahim is known as ‘The Fit Foodie.’  With over 30 years of food experience, she’s a chef, holistic nutritionist, author, speaker and patented inventor. She is also the creator of the eatCleaner line of products. 
Mareya hosts the podcast, The Real Dish and is a contributor to the NY Times Million copy bestseller, The Daniel Plan.  Her latest book is called, “Eat Like you Give a Fork: The Real Dish on Eating to Thrive.”  
She lives in Southern California and is married and a mom to 5 young adults and a lab rescue named Garbanzo.
