Sometimes when you meet someone, you feel like you've known them your whole life. Well, that's what it was like for me to meet Andrea Shaw. Known to her friends and now to me as Draya. What impressed me about her was not just her incredible physique, but also her humility, light, her personality and the kind of person that she exudes. Andrea’s Bio:

Andrea Shaw is an American professional bodybuilding champion and physique and figure competitor.[1] She holds three Ms. Olympia title wins and three Ms. Phoenix Rising title wins.  Andrea grew up near Detroit, Michigan and got her start in fitness as a young girl growing up in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading.   She is a personal trainer and a motivational speaker.  Most of all, she is a thoughtful, humble woman who has gotten to the top of her sport and wants to share her passion with others.
